Summary
I find great pleasure in the constant state of turmoil the characters face, always on the run with nowhere truly safe. The pervasive presence of the zombie menace makes them genuinely deadly and aggressive. Even a solitary zombie poses a significant threat. The experience feels akin to watching a war movie, with the characters visibly shell-shocked as their familiar world crumbles around them. Unlike some reviewers, I appreciate the minimal dialogue, as it accurately portrays the horror these individuals endure. In other zombie shows, we often witness characters idling at a farmhouse, endlessly discussing their feelings for a considerable portion of the season, but this show stands apart from that clichu00e9.
