Summary
This little non-pretentious zombie B-Movie is surprisingly enjoyable, especially if you're a fan of the genre. The cast primarily comprises Native American actors who deliver quite decent performances. The film boasts some intense scenes with plenty of gore, which adds to its appeal. Admittedly, the plot isn't entirely original, but that doesn't really matter. Overall, it's a solid watch for fans who love movies like Planet Terror or Resident Evil. So, if you're a fan, go ahead and enjoy this one. However, if you're not into this type of film, don't expect something like "Schindler's List" here. One thing that sets this movie apart is the intriguing mix of Native American culture and immunity themes, which elevates the overall experience. Though at times, the reliance on clichu00e9s drags it down a bit. Nevertheless, the beginning is gripping, filled with tension and suspense. The film takes an unexpected turn, introducing a new time-wise setting, which adds depth to the storyline. It felt like a commendable move for the movie. Sadly, this fresh setting is short-lived, and the predictable ticking time bomb eventually goes off, complete with samurai swords (cool) and unnecessary sacrifices.
