You can easily recognize that this show comes from the same producers as Oak Island due to its consistent lack of believability and obvious staged antics. The "look over here" moments followed by nothing happening are all too familiar. However, this show takes things to an even wackier and less impressive level. The so-called "experts" seem more like bad actors, and their experiments and tech aspects resemble something you'd find in cheesy SyFy original movies. The security guards' overuse of M16s is comical, to say the least. The show's logic is far from realistic, and there's no attempt to persuade the audience otherwise. The leader or owner of the ranch is supposedly portrayed as an elite, Elon Musk-like figure, with multiple enterprises, a Lamborghini, and private helicopters. While there might be some truth to these claims, the overall show lacks credibility, and viewers are discerning enough to notice. It feels more like a heavily-funded version of a ghost hunters show.
